Outdoor, on location family photography is where my business began and I love to do it! Types of outdoor sessions that I offer are: family photography, extended family photo sessions, maternity photos, senior photos, holiday family photography, sports photography, back to school photo sessions, mini sessions, pet photography, child photography, milestone sessions, birthday photoshoots, and headshot photoshoots.
Typically, for these sessions, I like to photograph one to two hours after sunrise or one to two hours before sunset. This gives us the best chance to get that gorgeous, glowy sunlight in the background of your photos. If you check out my portfolio, you will see that I love to catch a good sun flare in photos whenever I am able to. However, I understand that this timing can be tough with little kids, especially in the summer when sunset is so late. If this is something you are concerned about, please let me know and we can discuss a location and time that best works for your family's needs. I have two little kids myself, so I totally get how stressful scheduling around their naps can be! My goal is to do everything possible to make sure you get the photos you are looking for without the stress!
I have a few different locations around northern New Jersey that I frequent often. I am happy to suggest a few of those locations for you to review and see what best fits your style. However, if you have a particular location that you are interested in, I am ALWAYS open to checking out new spots to see if they would be a good fit for a photography session! As long as it is a public area or we are able to get permission to use a private area, I am happy to do so.
If this is the type of photo session you're looking for, I travel a 40 minute radius from West Milford, NJ. Further travel will be subject to a travel fee.
